EPS: Extruded Polystyrene is the cheapest core. It’s very light weight, not very durable and is used on entry-level boards. It dents quite easily and will snap in half if put under stress.

What is NRG bodyboard?
NRG Bodyboards are very light. NRG is composed of low-density polypropylene foam (PP). It´s not as rigid as PP but more than PE. It´s perfect for cool waters but these boards are also suitable for cold and warm waters.
