Florida Swimming LSC Junior Olympics & Senior Champs Rosters: Junior Olympics | Senior Champs   Please note that the Florida Swimming LSC Open Water Junior Olympics and Senior Champ are restricted to swimmers who are registered with a Florida Swimming LSC club. The events are not open to swimmers registered outside of the LSC. Information: Meet information and team entry form Entry: All entries must be done through USA Swimming's OME (Online Meet Entry -- select FL for state). The entry period begins Friday, May 1, and closes at 11:59 PM on Thursday, May 28. Race distances: <> 10&U -- 800m <> 11-12 -- 1500 meters <> 13-14, Senior -- 2.5K <> Individual Awards: The top 16 in each age group will receive awards. Florida Swimming JO/Sr medals for 1st-3rd in each gender/age group. Entry & deadlines: <> All entries online at USA Swimming's OME. Online entry closes at 1 pm Thursday, May 28, 2009 <> Qualifying Times <> Course Maps <> Club Scoring Championship meet scoring (20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1) will be used for individual events. Relays will score double points. Relays are either 4 male or 4 female -- no mixed relays. Only the top two relays from a club will be scored in each event.

Qualifying Times

Open only to Florida Swimming, Inc. LSC swimmers who have achieved the following qualifying times.

• 10 & under (800 meter swim): National BB time in any event 200 yards or over (time entered in USA Swimming database or in results section of Florida Swimming web site); or, proof of completion* of a sanctioned open water swim.
• 11-12 (1500 meter swim, .9 mile): National BB times in any event 400 meters or more (time entered in USASwimming database or in results section of Florida Swimming web site); or, proof of completion* of a sanctioned open water swim.
• 13-14 & Senior (2.5K, 1.5 mile): National BB time in any event 400 meters or more (time entered in USA Swimmingdatabase or in results section of Florida Swimming web site); or, proof of completion* of a sanctioned open water swim.

* Proof of Completion can be entered in OME using the "Override" function.

Yellow lines indicate the paths of the course but are not drawn to scale. The 2.5K is one loop around the course, which will be marked with large orange buoys at the turns and smaller orange buoys along the straights.
